In 2013, after an investment of over 160 Million US dollars, DRC opened the first steel radial truck tire factory in Da Nang city at a totally new greenfield site. When fully operational, the factory will be able to produce 600,000 tires per year, and with sufficient space and infrastructure to allow further expansion in the future.<\/p>\n

It is a 3-division complex that includes a Banbury mixing plant, a tire manufacturing plant and a warehouse for storing the finished tires. The designs of these facilities strictly follows international specifications such as temperature, humidity, and lighting as well as strict environment and employee safety codes.<\/p>\n<\/div>

DRC selected their best teams of engineers for this project and sent them abroad for long-term professional training in foreign factories in order to master the new technology of radial tire production.<\/p>\n

DRC also invited experts from Italy, Japan, and the Netherlands to travel to their factory in Vietnam for on-site training programs for the imported machinery and processes. These experts trained DRC engineers and production teams in the latest technology available and continue to be technical partners for the ongoing development plan for this facility.<\/p>\n<\/div>

With a desire to deliver the best quality products to the domestic and export markets, DRC decided from the outset to install latest generation machines for their very modern production line.<\/p>\n

All key machinery components were purchased from countries who are recognized in their field as having the most advanced industrial technologies for truck radial production.<\/p>\n<\/div>
